We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Tweed.ie. Below you’ll find information about delivery, returns and exchanges.

Delivery

Orders are dispatched from Donegal Town, County Donegal, Ireland.

We deliver throughout Ireland and internationally. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the shipping service selected at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation using the contact details provided with your order.

Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties, taxes or import charges depending on the destination. Where applicable, these are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns

If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be unused, unworn and in their original condition and packaging.

Unless an item is faulty or has been supplied incorrectly, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning it.

Please obtain proof of postage or use a tracked delivery service when returning an item, as we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will confirm whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Original delivery charges are not normally refundable unless the item supplied was faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order details and, where appropriate, photographs of the item.

We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Made-to-Order & Custom Products

Products that have been made, woven, personalised or customised specifically for you may not be eligible for return unless they are faulty or incorrectly supplied.

This includes bespoke and certain made-to-order Donegal Tweed products.
